Better organisation with times of pills. Not given at regular times. Do not listen to your needs. i.e. I was cold and in a fraught, I complained and was told it was hot, so the windows were left open, and the doors were not closed. I asked for a blanket and told that their were no blankets and if I wanted one to have one sent in from home.
