Helped me over 20 years ago, I was constantly going doctors, and just given medication. I've waited a very long time to get help. The councillors had no clue how to help, talking to a blank wall with no input from them was awful, making me bring up stuff and doing nothing for me. I've reached out so many times.so hopefully now I'll get the help I need.

We apologise for your experience and disturbed sleep, however in order to be able to observe patients during the night for risk/safety we need to be able to see patients. Patients that are deemed to be low risk of harm are able to use their own eye masks to aid sleep.

The whole service doesn’t care what happens to each person treated worse than an abandoned animal, 10 months been waiting for a support worker still no sign of one. Talked to very condescending don’t know how they have still got jobs

Actually do what you say you will do not just give lip service we have been totally let down by the whole system
