[name removed] was kind, sensitive, and took the time to explain things fully and comprehensively. She was very personable and made me feel totally comfortable when I’m the consultation. She went above and beyond with providing me with equipment that I need.

Nothing, although it would be good if walk ins were in place. And that home testing can be requested online for any age over 24

Thank you for your feedback, we have re-introduced some walk in clinics however we will review this moving forwards. In terms of testing we are limited with online testing due to funding envelope for this, but agree in the future of the service this would be an area we would like to expand access to.
