Lorraine is excellent, I always felt better after our appointments and in a way looked forward to coming back.
It was very beneficial to feel safe and comfortable both in the relaxation sessions and very supportive.
It is very good not to feel rushed to end sessions and supported even over longer time.
Lorraine has given me new skills to cope with fatigue and other ms symptoms.
The appointment texts/ reminders are very useful, too!

Where else can you go?
The lack of communication and engagement with patients is when you refer to nice guidelines "high risk" from a departments point of view, no medicines follow up appointments, no return calls - month after month after month.
