Other than the lengthy waiting list to receive the exchange, I thought the service and care provided a 2nd to none.
Suggested improvements
I think the telephone appointments need to be time specific and due to the demand and the local GP service is no longer offering the service an increase in staff.

I have been treated with dignity, respect, love and honestly. I have trusted the staff very much so. I have some favorites.

Food could be warmer at times. Other patients could have been handled a bit better. [name removed] ward manager been extra special for nurse [name removed] and [name removed] and sea.
