When I needed support the team was there. When I had a crisis my mum came in and then Tricia came round. It was imensly important that Tricia came when when she did. I was a wreck and Tricia was an anchor point in the storm.

My care was extreamly empathetic, informed and professional.
The only improvement I could suggest is to take fish caps off the menu!!
