Just dealing with one person would be good though I know its not always possible. Dr took time to speak to me.

In the past I have required support from the home treatment team. In this situation when I was very unwell, it was difficult having different members of the team visit everyday. A small number of 2 or 3 workers only to visit would have been less stressful.

Friendly receptionist.
The doctor took time to discuss my medication.
The improvement would be continuity of doctor as this changes often.

Mary-Anne is so so professional. Love how she motivates me. Adam & Klee work excellent as a team. They always make sure we our OK. just to improve designated jobs on time. Frazer is a character love his stories. And Jane the student nurse is very attentive, very good at her job
