The staff nurses were amazing at caring for mum, but { } in supporting me and the family. I can't thank them enough.
As [name removed] was a before & beyond with all the advice she gave me in our telephone conversation every time [name removed] phoned me ,& all the excise to do as well
Brief phone call to book an appointment. [name removed] was lovely and I have no anxieties about meeting her at my appointment :)

Didn’t help me achieve what I needed, basically disregarded my concerns. The sessions were a waste of time and left me more distressed.

Because I was treated like an young adult
It was a positive experience
I think it would be good to specify which results are negative or positive when sharing the results of the tests
