I was being listened to and a lot of help was offered. The atmosphere was very nice and friendly. You gave me a lot of patience.

I need a chair to sit in reception I knows that they used to be there used to be there but were {} because of covid. But I have serious mobility issues and last time I had to wait 40 minutes for a taxi.
