A work in progress. Services provided inconsistent to avoidant by some members of staff. However, I understand this is still work in progress.

Suggested improvements
I will wait and see, dependent on my personal log and notes.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you found services inconsistent and felt some staff were avoidant. As your review appears quite broad I haven't been able to implement specific improvements, however I have fed back to the wider team.
