The opportunity for a Teams Meeting allowed me to be able to have a quick and effective meeting face to face although not physically being there. We were able to go through the exercises and then discuss the strengths and weakness of my situation with the chance to listen to the opportunities I have to get better without taking any risks and jeopardising my progression to getting back to my norm. The 30 minutes session was more than enough as it was 100% time for me and not spent waiting to be seen in a hospital waiting room. It was in a private setting and I think that more appointments would benefit from this approach where the need for any physical manipulation of the patient by the NHS staff is not going to be required. Following the Covid19 change in communication methods, the use of Teams is no longer a thing of the past.

Suggested improvements
The opportunity to use Teams Meeting was a decision that welcomed so I don't really have anything to say that could have been improved. Thirty minutes is more than enough time for dedicated one to one attention. Keep up the great work.
