I was treated with care and compassion the whole was through my treatment and felt the staff member really cared about making a difference and helping me to achieve the best possible outcome. I am very grateful for this.

When my injury first occurred I went to out of hours in Corby and nobody seemed to care, didn’t feel I was checked over properly no X-ray given no compassion and basically told to just get on with it. X-ray only given by my gp and referral to physio who have made the difference! Had I been dealt with correctly in Corby my injury wouldn’t have lasted almost a year!!
