This has been the best therapy I have received in all my life. The therapist I had was compassionate and empathetic to what I was going through, offering a safe space to express how I felt and giving me helpful activities to do when I was not in her company. It was a good outlet for me and helped me acknowledge what parts of my life I need to resolve and which parts I need to show more compassion for.

I think you need more than six sessions. Six is nowhere near enough to get through issues, especially if the person has a lot going on in their life. Six was nowhere near enough for me, and I was devastated that I had been left wondering who I would be transferred to next and when that would be.
