I was really impressed with the service I received. I was concerned that I may have a significant problem developing that I should be doing something to prevent. Not only did you put my mind at rest, but with a simple splint, I realised that the way I was holding my hand was part of the problem. At all times I was treated with politeness and friendliness and I felt confident that I was seen by someone who really knew ‘hands’. I was treated promptly at a convenient location with free parking. Thank you.

I did have to ask someone for directions and was told to follow another gentleman who also gone the wrong way but that may have been because there were road works obscuring a sign.
