Dr [name removed] is a fanatic psychiatrist and your reception staff are lovely. Every single time I call, they help me, no questions asked.

There was a piece of information that should have been provided to me by my psychiatrist, but instead it was passed down by someone else. I feel the support workers need to ensure that the information they are providing is appropriate to them and is not something that should be discussed during 1to1 with your psychiatrist.
