Staff and doctors are friendly and helpful, but the administration and management need a lot of training.
Suggested improvements
Rooms are poorly ventilated and they are dull and unwelcoming which is not conducive to a therapy setting.
Also since Oct 2020, there has been a great deal of mistakes which my address.
