The appointments being limited to a set amount of sessions is hard. With medication being adjusted it does not give enough time to feel secure that I am on the right dosages etc. One session being left is extremely worrying and I do not feel confident in not seeing Dr [name removed] on a regular basis. It quite frankly terrifies me when I feel like I am just starting to make progress.
