My husband was shown every respect with his illness and the staff were lovely and very patient to him and I was informed at all times.

Suggested improvements
We were a bit disappointed in the room he was transfered to the old { } but he is used to it now and they have after him well.

Thank you for your feedback. The clinical team may have to move patients between bays and side rooms and is dependent on a number of reasons. We will always endeavour not to move patients frequently but it will always depend on the needs of the patients we have in the Hospice at any one time. We cannot guarantee patients will be able to remain in the room or bay they were admitted to
