Everything was well explained and videos sent so I could access them at a convenient time and remind myself how to do the exercises.

The initial referral from A&E was a challenge as i had to wait over 6 hours to get seen. I had the initial accident in Scotland and I was seen very quickly and even having the treatment and several X-rays at Stranraer I was in and out within 2Hrs. I feel KGH is stretched too much and with all the new houses going up in the area another hospital is needed as it's not sustainable. I felt I had to wait quite a long time before being given an appointment. However, once I received an appointment it went smoothly.
