All staff I came into contact with could not have been more caring pleasant and helpful

Suggested improvements
My 1st appointment was in February 2022 I broke my wrist in September 2021 No attempt to manipulate the wrist was carried out - I paid privately for physio treatment to enable me to use my wrist as soon as practically possible

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. Without further details I cannot comment specifically on your case. Our referrals are triaged within 24 hours of receipt and then booked according to clinical priority and referral source. I am sorry if this did not happen in your case.
