Re confidence even though I've need up lots of staff I watched a friend with Parkinson and Dementia decline. I not really sure what to expect or how I will cope so even with a course like this. I can never be that much more confident that I'll be able to cope with what the future has in store. But I'm sure this will be some help. Many thanks for all efforts.
