The service and care I received from the Hand Therapy unit was fantastic. Excellent communication prior to every appointment with regular text updates. [name removed] listened to my concerns and emailed me a course of exercises to do at home which gradually improved my flexibility. My wrist and hand have improved and I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to [name removed]. Overall a brilliant service from the NHS, thank you
