I felt that myself and my daughter were listened to without judgement. It was nice to feel that someone understood what we were feeling and what we are going through. The Speech and Language specialist was caring and understanding. It has been hard to find the right help, but we now feel we have found someone who will help and point us in the right direction. We hope with all the cuts in the service that this won't affect this very necessary help.
