I have been impressed on every visit with the care I have received. [name removed] took the time to listen to my concerns and explain thoroughly the programme I needed to follow for progress to be made. She was encouraging and supportive throughout and very easy to work with as I felt she valued me as an individual and wanted me to achieve the optimum outcome within the constraints of my injury. I am unable to answer the faith question as it was not relevant to the treatment I needed though I am certain that my needs would have been met had they needed to be.

There really is nothing that I can identify that needs improvement: in addition to the clinical care I received, the reception staff were polite and the waiting area adequate. All in all a very positive experience.
