Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you feel we need more staff of the ward. The staffing levels and skill mix on each ward is determined by our Safer Staffing Team, which is influenced by national Standards, and as such we staff the wards accordingly. Please be assured that this standard is regularly reviewed on a minimum 6 monthly basis.
