I was treated with respect and listened to. I have confidence in my doctor, Sandu who personally is the best one I have seen since my referral many years ago. He has explained what other problems I have other than bipolar and the impact it is having on my life. He has told me to refer myself to mind and discharged me today. I will now be under the care of my GP but can be referred if need be. I am happy with this decision and will work towards the changes he has said I need to confront. I am very happy and hopeful now.
