The person my husband and I saw, was very pleasant and caring. However, seemed a little inexperienced No conclusion was reached about my husband's condition.

Suggested improvements
Provide a more experienced person to examine. Also someone of our own culture.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to me regarding the service you have received. I am pleased that you felt the clinician was pleasant and caring. All of our clinicians within the service are experienced in their role so I am wondering why they may have come across as not being so. With regards to your preferring someone of your own culture –we have a group of staff of mixed cultures and backgrounds within our service and I wonder what better service you think you may have received with somebody from your own culture. I feel that there is possibly some rich learning to come from your experience however without any further details I am unable to look in to this further.
