Saw a variety of support workers. Variable on how long they stayed and interacted with both at us. Some very supportive, some not so, was more of 'are you at, do you need anything, okay see you in a few days.

Suggested improvements
I realise all people are different but maybe a little more {} in visits eg. Same support worker more than once.

Thank you for your review, which I have passed to the service manager. Unfortunately, the nature of the service does mean that support workers will vary. Thank you for your feedback. The nature of our service means staff work on a shift rota basis and this can mean different people at visits. We do try and offer some consistency. All visits should feel purposeful and helpful and I am sorry not all of yours did. More detail in relation to those staff who were more vague and quick would be helpful in order to provide some constructive feedback and look at learning for them.
