[name removed] was extremely friendly, patient and understanding. She's a credit to your service.

Suggested improvements
The wait for my assessment was a tad long (over two years), but I understand that the NHS is currently being seriously underfunded by the government, so don't hold the NHS trust responsible for government caused delays.

Thank you for your review. We are aware of the impact on you and others as a result of the unacceptably long waits caused by a huge increase in demand for our services.
