I have had my last three appointments cancelled with extremely short notice. At my latest appointment I turned up at the time stated and had to sit in the waiting area for half an hour before being told that the person conducting my appointment wasn’t even in the building and nobody could get hold of her or give me a reason as to why she wasn’t there. I still haven’t had a reason for this or been contacted to reschedule.

Let me know if my appointment needs to be cancelled/rescheduled in advance.
