Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you had difficulty accessing your GP records. NHFT is a separate service to the local GP’s, and they have their own process for requesting your health records. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to complaints or queries raised to your GP. Should you however have any concerns relating to Sandpiper ward or the Welland centre I would be happy to discuss with you.
