Information was explained clearly at right time. Also my questions were answered. Welcome on admission I felt at home as everyone welcomed me with a smile. They all introduced themselves by their names and job titles. I was also treated with respect and dignity, also involved in decision making. I came here anxious of what going to happen in my new environment but because of the warm welcome all my anxieties are allayed.
