We want our patents to feel as comfortable as possible when they attend our services and whilst for many, attending an integrated service feels more anonymous as you could be attending for a number of reasons and no one would know, if you raise this with a member of our reception team we can find a quieter space for you to wait, if this can be accommodated at the time. During your telephone triage or face to face consultation with our clinical team, there is always an opportunity to ask questions and these will be answered as fully as possible. We also provide a range of information on our website www.nhft.nhs.uk/sexual-health In addition we can send by text link, leaflets for individual conditions which is a discrete way of providing additional information, further resources and signposting to you.
