Improvements needed:- Shorter waiting times, a bit more compassion I had to cancel an appt with the consultant as I was going away, so I phoned reception and they wouldn't give me another appt until 3 days before my due date! My midwife called and got me an appt the next day!

I feel I have been cared for well. Any questions we have had have been answered clearly and the midwife and antenatal classes have helped prepare me for what to expect. Assessment unit good.
