Very friendly and helpfull. There needs to be more communication between G.P surgerys as have had to wait/ chase-up referrals etc.

Staff are excellent
Waiting times need to be improved at QA maternity outpatients - scan waiting times are OK but consultant waiting times are not up to standard (averaging at 50 mins over)

I have attended the day unit many times. Alison always very happy/professional and informative each time. A very busy department but never let that alter her care and time for each person she saw.
