From start to end all team members were knowledgeable and process for my procedure. Treated kindly with empathy and was asked various times whether I was okay. All was explained to me and was given opportunity to ask questions.

No sandwich - nice nurses.

All just fine - But a sandwich would of been lovely after starving.

Exceptional start to finish. Very professional, courteous, upbeat involving and welcoming. I felt very safe and cared for heartwarming! I am touched!
