Everyone - from the cleaner through to all medical staff were welcoming, informative and felt totally trustworthy.
Suggested improvements
It would be helpful for staff to be informed if a similar procedure was attempted and failed so they can advise GP for a more suitable option.

The procedure has been totally successful I feel no discomfort. The nurses were very professional polite and had a good sense of humour./nExcellent.

Have experienced procedure before with some concern but, bedside obvious discomfort, procedure comfortable. Great care by staff and any queries answered efficiently.

Everyone was great, questions answered and very well treated.
Suggested improvements
Appointment was 8 am but the department does not open until 8 am. It would be good if it said this on the letter so that I was not waiting outside from 7:45 am.
