My answer is poster. I fault massive help from the staff. Good to enter up t theatre for procedure. Everybody were so friendly and well coming to the parents with big smile and open arm. keep up therapy work. Be safe./nThank you after I always scan to go to the hospital - but now nope.

The nurse was very polite treatment with respect and made me feel valued. She was knowledgeable about all stages of the procedure.
Suggested improvements
The nurse thought would be attending St. Marks when I had been given verbal and written instructions to attend CMH. She seemed to have little or no knowledge about mt, apart from my last colonoscopy.

Dr. Akbar was very informative or all the procedure. She informed me and gave me the confidence after the procedure of all the results. thank you Dr. Akbar assistant nurse way also very kind and helpful.

Perhaps keep the waiting tiem short.

From start to finish the nursing staff were very kind and attentive, professional and being nervous rel my procedure they were very reassuring and informative, they deserve every penny there.

I had very good experience over all.
Suggested improvements
There was done waiting period before the procedure. Possibly too much pressure on NHS. But I was happy and wait. Better plan may help.
