Thank you Ester and the whole team. From start to finish everyone in the whole department was polite, very friendly and coold safe at all times. Very efficient put me at ease at all times especially as I suffer from anxiety and depression and have a fear of hospitals. Thank you.:-)

The letter with the appointment did not mention the new arrangements for covid. (Not being allowed in department until 15 minutes before the appointment.).
