Good things about my care were the way the nurses, HCA's cared for me in a nice, proffessional, caring manner. The tea ladies, cleaners etc were lovely & helpful. Things to improve are the very lengthy time we (us patients) have to wait either in hospital or home for appointments, tests, surgery, tests etc. Far too long & none or lack of communication between doctors.
