Once again, very very long wait to get the treatment started!!
This is very frustrating and exhausting, at the same time we have other issues, ie. parking charges.

Friendly helpful staff. Sometimes there is rather a long wait but I appreciate that there are many patients being treated. And the important thing is that you can be assured all your queries will be answered and that you will get the right treatment. Efficient staff who always check the complex regimes.
