The care I received today was excellent. The procedure was explained to me in a very clear way. The doctor and nurses present were very professional but also very supportive and reassuring. They made me feel very well looked after and although I was feeling quite nervous initially they helped me calm down.
I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, care and support.

The senior nurse I saw today is the reason for the high marks. My experiences in this clinic have not been so good on the last few previous appointments, particularly different for question 4 and 7.
