For me personally, the friendly manner and clear explanation of the procedure was great. You feel nothing is too much trouble if you need to ask questions, which is always important. The department and I.B.D. nurses are invaluable to us patients, at times, our life line. May I add the admin lady is also always very helpful.

The efficient and very friendly nurses and staff, make the stay here enjoyable. As its quite stressful being with an active disease, their friendliness eases worries and anxiety. I also find it easy to ask them questions and queries and don't feel embarrassed about it because they're so nice and helpful.

The care I receive from the IBD team is always fantastic. The staff are always caring and compassionate and go the extra mile to give great care.
