Personal level of care and consideration, knowledge and professionalism. Friendliness e.g first names. Improvements? Not much. Having to leave at lunch time and return for a very brief period.

At the start, it was great and I felt both very informed about my care and in control. Now, I'm not getting timely updates or having to wait until my consultant appointment to find out about my funding status. I just need staff to be straight with me about this as I need to know what to expect.

Today everything has gone smoothly, without any delay and everything set up very quickly. In the past it can take a while to start the infusion. If people were given time slots 10 mins apart, then it may relieve time pressure.
