Always friendly and warm environment.
Records kept updated, always know the history of condition. When I've emailed regarding questions for my son. I've always got a reply quickly.
Always clear on what is going on.
Be great to have more earlier appointment slots as I travel over 1.5 hours to get here. Staff great!

Friendly, helpful staff.
I am a patient at Ealing Hospital and having my infusions at Norwick Parle, there needs to be better communication between the two sisters for patients little me. I don't know if my funding will continue or not and staff at Norwick Park don't know either.
