The excellent explanations given both before and after the procedure during the procedure the care and attention given to me was excellently caring and kind and reassuring.

The level of care provided is amazing considering the ward is constantly under staffed.
The staff work hard to make everyone feel relaxed & welcome I am especially impressed when I see staff dealing with difficult/ elderly/ vulnerable patients. It warms my heart

Jonti was looked after very well. The only slight negative was that he was not given enimas every day which is what the doctor requested... But this is a minor point
