Information well explained by nurse, efficient service. Care during procedure was excellent.
Explaining what forms need to be completed in reception could be improved.

The standard of care was very high. All involved, admin, nursing and doctoring were courteous kind and skilled. Attention to psychological aspects of these investigations were pain attention and humor was not discouraged - only thing the serious parts was discouraged. I felt looked after and cared about.

The decision after the colonoscopy was made without my input. I would have appreciated it though why they came to this conclusion.

The nurse and drs were very friendly and helpful and gonna do every step of the way, they let a rest afterwards. If need not rush you off like some hospitals and offer you a tea/coffee after your treatment.
