The hospital staff are all incredibly helpful and I felt completely at ease throughout. I was seen very quickly. I think the only thing that could be improved is the process for making an appointment - I have a colonoscopy annually and I'm never very sure whether I should contact the hospital to make an appointment or wait to be contacted.

The staff were very efficient and caring. They did their best to not make me feel embarrassed. A very slick operation from start to finish. The only thing that could be improved was the attitude of the lady at reception when I arrived. No eye contact or kind manner prior to what was an embarrassing procedure.

Had to wait over 1 and a half hrs. Seated recovery - no one pleasant had to ask staff to find someone.

Made me feel comfortable all through the procedure. Tried to keep mind off what was going on by engaging in conversation with me. All staff extremely friendly. Excellent treatment.
