The nurses on the unit are kind and caring they are polite and explain all treatments. I am extremely lucky to be treated here. They work very hard and are under pressure to treat many patients but I always feel like the only one.

I was treated with as always, kindness, consideration and great understanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I was listened to rather than ignored, which can be the case at some hospitals. The IBD day care unit is always professionally run and am seen on time.
