Very professional. Always polite and attentive. Outstanding nurses who know the medications /treatments/side effects. Clean environment. Excellent care. tea/ coffee and snacks always offered.

-Staff are very friendly and caring.
-Patients have access to a variety of treatments that may not be available elsewhere.
-Improvement: flexibility in booking appointments and speed as sometimes too much time is spent in the waiting room.

Always greeted with a smile and I like that they always introduce themselves if you haven't met them. The room is relaxed and the radio help with this. Not sure what could be improved. Nothing comes in mind. Fantastic service.
